Employers Investing Big Time in Analytics Training

The American Management Association conducted a survey– “Conquering Big Data: A Study of Analytical Skills in the Workplace” and surprise surprise(that’s us being sarky)…the results  showed that 47% plan to invest in training current staff, while 17% plan on hiring additional analytics staff to reach their needed analytics capabilities.
