We start by training them on personal branding and helping them build their resume. When they recognize the space they prefer to transition into, they are assigned live projects that will need solutions by breaking down data. And this happens along with industry experience for which the students will be awarded certificates and experience letters from the organization. Interview preparation, we believe, will guide the student in identifying an opportunity better, because mock interviews would reveal a lot about them, that they themselves may not have paid a lot of attention to. Thus, revelation is sure to performing better during the final interview.
