I am an IIM Bangalore alumnus and AACSB certified faculty with international teaching experience at a culturally diverse campuses in Singapore and UK with a comprehensive blend of hands-on professional, academic and consulting experience. Moved from boardroom to classroom with a rich corporate experience gained by working at MNCs. Headed Asia-Pacific and US operations for an information technology company. In addition to teaching, key areas of expertise are constructive alignment in program or course design and development, heading a strategic partnership with UK Universities at Singapore. I have developed a patent-pending adaptive accounting assessment application to enhance the critical thinking skills in students based on an iterative algorithm. In my persistent pursuit to enhance student outcomes and improve university placements, developed applications based on most innovative technologies that have yielded phenomenal success in predicting and improving student outcomes thereby making significant contributions towards Teaching Excellence Framework and Teaching Excellence Framework requirements. Apart from teaching, I also contribute innovative solutions and applications that influence three stakeholders in education - the Educated, the Educator and the Employer.

Predictive Data Analytics and Accounting
Few aapplications developed by me in areas of Accounting and predictive analytics were shortlisted from among 1000+ applicants and were recognised as top runner-up at QS-Wharton Reimagine Conference Awards 2017 and 2018 at Philadelphia and San Francisco respectively. These applications are output from my investigations that make significant impact on the quality of life of students beyond academia (REF) ▪ Innovated and successfully used an accounting adaptive application with an iterative algorithm. This is the first adaptive application that enhances critical thinking and problem-solving skills of students. This has resulted in 60% improvement in students’ performance. ▪ Developed and currently beta testing an algorithm based on a multi-criteria predictive analytics application using Bayesian model and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in predicting stochastic student performance. This will predict student outcomes even before the commencement of the first lesson (with 78% accuracy). ▪ Developing an application for disrupting the university placement process - using blockchain technology to improve university graduate employability.
